A few weeks ago I picked up my first fixed lens, the Sigma 30mm. What a beauty. It’s small, non-intimidating looking (great for street), and I’ve found it works really well in low light.
Chicago was hit with an “out-of-nowhere” storm last Tuesday while I was on my way into the office. The cell wasn’t too large; the rain lasted maybe 20 minutes. When it stopped, I pulled over and took a walk around the block.
All of these shots were taken with the Sony a6000 using the Sigma 30mm; edited in Lightroom.
